Before work begins, I will confirm your submitted word count and send over an official contract outlining the scope of work, timeline, and terms.

If, for any reason, I am unable to complete your submitted project, your deposit will be refunded in full. Once the contract is signed and work has begun the deposit is nonrefundable

For larger projects, I offer an optional 30 minute discovery call so we can discuss your manuscript, goals, and ensure the service is the right fit for your needs.

This conversation gives you the opportunity to ask questions about the editing process and helps ensure you feel confident moving forward before committing to a larger project.

Extended gaps in communication or delays beyond the included revision windows may require rescheduling and could impact overall completion timelines. If additional time is needed, we can discuss scheduling adjustments to make sure the process continues to support your work effectively.
